Refresh – Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, 15 mL

Description

Active Ingredient (concentration) — Purpose
Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5% — Eye lubricant

Uses

• Provides temporary relief from:

  • Burning and irritation caused by dry eyes

  • Mild eye discomfort from irritation or exposure to wind or sunlight

• Helps protect the eyes from further irritation

• Soothes dry eyes

Warnings

• For external use in the eyes only

• Do not use if the solution changes color or appears cloudy

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

• To prevent contamination:

  • Avoid touching the container tip to any surface

  • Replace the cap after use

• Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience:

  • Headaches, eye pain, vision changes, ongoing redness, or irritation

  • Symptoms worsen or persist beyond 72 hours

• Keep out of children’s reach

• If swallowed, contact poison control or seek immediate medical attention

Directions for Use

• Apply 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed

Additional Information

• Store between 15°C and 25°C

• Discard 90 days after opening

Inactive Ingredients
Purified water, boric acid, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium borate decahydrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and Purite® (a stabilized oxychloro complex used as a preservative). The formula may also include hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
