It’s effective for traveler’s diarrhea and digestive discomfort caused by overeating or drinking, including gas, belching, and feelings of fullness.

Pepto comes in packs of 12, 24, or 48 tablets, and is also available in various forms and flavors, such as original and cherry-flavored liquids, ultra-strength liquids, and swallowable caplets.

Directions for Use
For adults and children 12 years and older:

Chew or let tablets dissolve in the mouth.

• For diarrhea: Take 2 tablets (1 dose) every 30 minutes, or 4 tablets (2 doses) every hour as needed.

• For overindulgence symptoms (upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, nausea): Take 2 tablets (1 dose) every 30 minutes as needed.

Do not exceed 16 tablets (8 doses) in 24 hours.
