Description
Uses:
Provides temporary relief from pain caused by muscle spasms, including:
Back pain
Stiff or tense neck muscles
Muscle strains and sprains
Active Ingredients (per caplet):
Ibuprofen 200 mg – A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce pain and inflammation
Methocarbamol 500 mg – A muscle relaxant that alleviates muscle spasms
Recommended Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1 or 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours unless advised by a healthcare provider.
Warnings:
Allergy Alert:
Ibuprofen may cause severe allergic reactions, especially in individuals allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA).
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:
Itching, hives
Swelling of the face, eyes, or mouth
Skin blisters
Trouble breathing
Stomach Bleeding Warning:
This product can increase the risk of stomach bleeding, especially if you:
Are 60 years or older
Have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding
Take blood thinners, corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs (e.g., ASA, naproxen)
Consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily while using this product
Symptoms may include: faintness, vomiting blood, or black/bloody stools
Do Not Use If You:
Are allergic to ibuprofen, methocarbamol, ASA, salicylates, other NSAIDs, or any ingredients in this product
Are in the third trimester of pregnancy
Are about to or have recently had heart surgery
Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If You:
Have ulcers, stomach bleeding, high blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney disease, or diabetes
Take sedatives, antidepressants, or daily low-dose ASA (81–325 mg)
Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
Have any other serious medical condition or take other medications regularly
While Using This Product:
Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset
May cause drowsiness, dizziness, or nausea – do not drive, operate machinery, or consume alcohol
Risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if taken more frequently or longer than directed
Stop Use and Seek Medical Advice If:
Signs of stomach bleeding occur (see above)
Pain worsens or persists beyond 5 days
New symptoms appear
Keep Out of Reach of Children.
In case of overdose, contact a Poison Control Centre or seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
