Children under 2 years: Use only as directed by a doctor
Children 2 to 6 years: Chew 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed, with a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours
Children 6 to 12 years: Chew 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours as needed, not exceeding 10 tablets in 24 hours
For best results, take the first dose at least 30 minutes—ideally 1 to 2 hours—before travel
