Description
Adult Dosage:
Take 2 caplets with a full glass of water or milk every 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 caplets in a 24-hour period. Use the lowest effective dose, and only take this product under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Ingredients:
Active Ingredients (per caplet):
Methocarbamol 400 mg (muscle relaxant)
Acetylsalicylic Acid (ASA) 500 mg (pain reliever)
Inactive Ingredients:
Corn starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, modified starch, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. This product contains enough medication to seriously harm a child. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or seek medical help immediately.
Not for use in children or teens under 18 who have chickenpox or flu-like symptoms, due to a potential link between ASA and Reye’s Syndrome, a rare but serious condition.
Stomach Bleeding Risk:
ASA can cause serious stomach bleeding. Stop using the product and seek medical help if you experience:
Feeling faint
Vomiting blood
Bloody or black stools
Ongoing stomach pain
Do not take this product with other ASA-containing medications, salicylates, or NSAIDs.
Allergy Warning:
ASA may cause severe allergic reactions, including:
Skin rash or hives
Swelling of the face
Wheezing or difficulty breathing
Stop use and get emergency medical help if these symptoms occur. Do not use if you’re allergic to ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs, or if you have asthma triggered by these substances.
Do Not Use If You:
Have or had stomach ulcers
Are prone to bleeding
Have liver or kidney problems
Are in the third trimester of pregnancy
Take methotrexate (15 mg/week or more)
Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If You:
Have stomach issues like heartburn
Have asthma, high blood pressure, heart disease, gout, severe anemia, or other serious conditions
Consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily
Take medications for pain, depression, seizures, arthritis, diabetes, gout, blood pressure, or as a blood thinner
Are 60 or older, pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, or planning surgery within 5 to 7 days
While Using This Product:
You may feel drowsy, dizzy, nauseous, or light-headed. Avoid alcohol, driving, or using machinery.
Stop Use and Seek Medical Help If You Experience:
Hearing loss, ringing, or buzzing in the ears
Allergic reactions like swelling, rash, or difficulty breathing
Skin irritation or other unusual symptoms
Symptoms that worsen or last longer than 5 days
