Description
Flavor: Lemon
Uses: Temporarily relieves cold and flu symptoms, including fever, minor body aches and pains, sore throat pain, headache, nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes.
Active Ingredients (per 14.9 g powder pouch):
Acetaminophen 650 mg — Pain reliever and fever reducer
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg — Nasal decongestant
Pheniramine maleate 20 mg — Antihistamine
Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame potassium, citric acid, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Yellow No. 6, flavors (contains soy), maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sodium citrate, sucrose, tribasic calcium phosphate.
Storage: Store tamper-evident, child-resistant pouches at room temperature (15–25°C). Always read and follow carton instructions before use.

DIRECTIONS
For adults and children 12 years and older:
Dissolve 1 pouch in 225 mL (1 cup) of boiling water.
Take every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 4 pouches in 24 hours.
Do not use in children under 12 years.
Follow dosing instructions carefully (see liver warnings).
This is not a standard dosage unit.
WARNINGS
Liver Warning:
Taking more than the recommended dose, combining with other acetaminophen-containing drugs, or drinking 3 or more alcoholic beverages daily may cause severe or fatal liver damage. Signs include yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine, sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, unusual tiredness, or loss of appetite.
Allergy Alert:
Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions like redness, blisters, or rash. Stop use and seek medical help immediately if symptoms occur.
Do Not Use:
With any other acetaminophen products.
If allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure.
With monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 2 weeks after stopping MAOIs (used for depression or Parkinson’s disease).
Consult a Doctor Before Use If You:
Have liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid conditions.
Have diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure.
Have trouble urinating.
Have breathing issues like emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
Take warfarin, sedatives, tranquilizers, or other cough/cold medications.
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
When Using This Product:
Drowsiness may occur; avoid alcohol, sedatives, and driving or operating machinery.
Excitability may occur, especially in children.
Stop Use and See a Doctor If:
Symptoms worsen or last over 5 days.
Fever lasts more than 3 days.
Sore throat pain lasts more than 2 days.
Fever exceeds 38°C.
You feel nervous, dizzy, or have trouble sleeping.
Keep Out of Reach of Children:
This package contains enough medication to seriously harm a child. In case of overdose, contact poison control or seek immediate medical help, even if no symptoms are visible.
