Colace® Glycerin Suppositories melt in the rectum, helping to soften and lubricate fecal matter for easier passage. Most users experience a bowel movement within 15 to 30 minutes of use.
Usage Guidelines
Available in packs of 12 suppositories for infants and children, and in packs of 12, 24, or 48 for adults.
The recommended dose is one suppository daily. Do not exceed one dose in a 24-hour period.
